VIN # Help Please

Need help in identifying a frame that I have. K111670 stamped on top of left frame rail underneath where cab would be. Believe it to be early 60 s. Coil sprung rear suspension with removable 3rd member rear end. Thanks in advance for any help. Jim Also, Did 4 wheel drive trucks have coil sprung rear suspensions? The " K " leads me to believe it was from a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

4x4's had leaf springs, any other numbers on the frame? Don't look like 60-66 chevrolet numbers to me, 67-72 maybe?
