Colgad hasn't logged on in over a year but here's a pic of my 67 with the tow hooks sitting on the frame. It utilizes the existing bolts for the front bumper plus 2 more behind it that have to be drilled out (4 holes to drill total). The bottom of the hooks are staggered to sit flush on top of the bumper and frame rail. Sometimes the hooks are listed on the SPID sometimes not, in my experience.
