Top end cleaner that actually works

Does anyone know of a top end cleaner for GDI engines that actually works?
I bought a 2015 Silverado 1500 a couple of months ago and it's starting to idle a little rough. There are no codes for misfire, so I believe it is just carbon deposits in the intake manifold and valve pockets causing it. I tried Seafoam and have not noticed a difference. It does have 98K on it, so maybe it needs a set of plugs?

Re: Top end cleaner that actually works

If Seafoam didn't help I would probably try this in the link below.

I have used Seafoam, and it helped several times.

Did you use the Motor treatment in the link Below?

The old Fuel injector cleaner that seafoam had was (NO Good)

Looks like the they have changed the label on the bottle.Link below.

Lucas Fuel cleaner does not work well IMHO.
Side Note: Lucas oil Treatment is top Notch

That stuff in the 2nd link is pretty good.

I have not used the CRC stuff in the first link.

Every product I have used of CRC's is Top Notch.

There are U tube video's on using this.
