Back in 2017 I found the pump in my 67 Burban was shot and after a lot of research and searching I discovered that there are at least 2 styles of pump. The one I had (Which I call the early style as I believe it was used on the 60-66 trucks) has no direct replacement or rebuild parts. I believe the later style will work in place of the early style.

Maybe a replacement for the early style could be found through a different model earlier GM vehicle like a Corvette

That pump is the same as the new one I got. It's a little bigger so only one screw will fit when mounted. I haven't installed it to see if it will work because I don't want to mess anything up. Also, the arm that is moved by the gear is different too.
