Re: Crazy News Story
Lost my Subaru a year and half ago to a hit and run. Came out of the grocery store to the front end of the car smashed in. His/Her? bumper was red and grazed over the top of my front bumper and crushed in the grill, both head lamps, bent the front of both fenders in, taco'd the hood and folded in the A/C condenser. Surprisingly I was able to drive it home about 15 miles. Cost me over 7K to replace the car with a little Toyota pick-up. Repairs on the Subaru would have been twice the value of the car. Sold it as a parts car for 600.00 and they drove it over a hundred miles to an area near San Fransisco. Now I have to worry about somebody stealing the Toyota.
