Well I gave suggestions a go. Basically blew it off. Washed the tires and wheels, and put the hose away. Then applied the ammonia free as suggested. I used a moderately rung-out terry cloth in a bucket, and rinsed with the same, cuz I'm anal and trust water more than the spray can, I guess, heck I don't know. At this point lots of water marks, though little water used. Followed that with Ammo Moisturizer, which I was going to do anyway. Worked well, thank you for the suggestions.
Oh, and if you're not completely satisfied your window cleaner, get Invisible Glass, cuz it is.

Meguiars Ultimate Waterless Wash and Wax works for me, easy wipe on and off, leaves a just waxed shine.
