Re: Amp gauge to volt meter kit

I wired it according to a sketch Tbone sent. I'm thinking maybe I have the posts of the temp gauge grounded to the tin. I'll check it out today. Thanks for the reply.

Re: Amp gauge to volt meter kit

I found the problem.... my error....while installing voltmeter, turned the insulated breaker left and right and it goes up and down. Didn't damage anything, just pegged the temp gauge to H. Thank you guys for being willing to help. Have a great day

Re: Amp gauge to volt meter kit

I didn't know any conversion kit was needed to convert from an Ammeter to a Voltmeter?

Re: Amp gauge to volt meter kit

It's a later model voltmeter with a the face plate changed and voltmeter graphics on it. Tbone did make and sell them. I'm not sure if he still does. I couldn't find where he had posted anything recently. The amp gauge was replaced because it never worked. Have a great day.
