LS short box Registered User Join Date: Jun 2015 Location: Carlos MN Posts: 2,001	Re: LS engine swap info If you have the front sheet metal off I would swing in the engine and trans in and with the frame mounts and the engine mounts bolted on get it in the place that makes you happy. Then mark the frame mount holes. Then drill the cross member for the frame mounts. Same with any trans mounts.
