1977 K5 this must be rare to have selected so many options.

Wow.
That is Loaded. Why did it have a Spare tire cover? , When it also got a Spare tire delete? Was this a specific flat cover to cover the spot it should have been?

Maybe the buyer wanted a type of spare tire that the factory didn't offer. So delete the factory tire but keep the cover for the later buyer/dealer added tire?
