whoever built that truck did it right. the big block looks right at home even though big blocks weren't available in a 73 K series, looks to have a dana 60 in front too. perfect combo in my opinion and the wheel/tire really looks awesome. i like everything about it actually.

I have a cool Letterman story. I was in Iraq in 2004. On Christmas Eve we were told that everyone was to gather at a particular place on our base. David Letterman had flown in to perform a show for us. He also gave every one of us a t-shirt.

The only way in and out of our base, aside from land convoys, was a C-130 ride. From there, you would have to go to Arifjan, Kuwait, and fly 22 hours to get to the US. That means he was away from his family on Christmas Eve and Christmas so he could come to bring some cheer to us.

This is one of my treasures:
