OK! Here is an update. I found Pierce Manifolds as a supplier for jets for these carbs. I bought richer idle jets, and main jets. Went from 95s to 120's on the primary circuits and left the secondaries at 105 as I rarely get into the secondaries.

Made a tremendous difference! Now if fires right up, idles since it is not starving for fuel, and throttle response is much improved. Would really benefit from a AFR gauge to make sure I am in the best range, but glad to at least have found a supplier that has jets. They have an exploded view of the carbs and parts with links to the parts they carry

Still going to put a 350 in the truck, but thought I would pass along info for those that want to jet their Carter Webers
