Dropped it off at my buddy Israel's shop. He's gonna do the Sheetmetal work and repaint the firewall. Once I get it back I will repaint the frame Semi Gloss and install the new suspension.

Dug into the engine..it was pretty dirty. Did find out that its already .040 over so that was cool.. I pulled the main caps and found copper showing.. they're all pretty bad so its gonna need a rebuild. Kind of changes my engine plans...

Firewall is all smooth now.. its gonna look really good once it gets paint.
Work continues on the driver side rocker/floor.. out with the old and in with the new... and this is the "not that bad" side...lol

Here are pics of the floor and cab corner work. We had the floor sandblasted to get all the old crud off the bottom. That revealed small holes here and there on the floor and floor bracing as well.

Used Lizard skin on the bottom of the floor for sound deadening and rust protection...it came out nice...

We pulled the windshield so the dash could be painted. There was a unpleasant surprise... I had to buy the entire upper/lower pillar replacement piece. I figured it was easier to use this piece instead of having the replacement pieces made. Israel fixed it up nice and redid the patina. Looks great.

Firewall was painted...went with flat medium red... and lizardskin on the floorboard and lower cowl.

Final look...We used the Full Custom Fab Firewall panels.. topped it off with some nice stainless hardware....
