Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

almost got my crewcab taken out twice by some old lady this morning.
first time i seen her was at a "T" intersection, she didn't stop at her stop sign, she stopped halfway out into my lane. luckily there was no one coming the other way so i swerved around her into the oncoming lane. i was about to give the driver the one finger salute or a blast on my air horns, till i saw it was an old lady and said fudge it.
then 'bout a mile down the road, i dropped my cd so i pulled off the road. again luckily i just happened to look in my side mirror and here comes old lady driving half off the road right at me. i hit the gas and moved and at the last second she swerved around me.
wow, need to keep an eye out for this old ditty. now i'm behind her and she can't seem to keep her suv on the road. almost like a big magnet was pulling her off onto the shoulder...like this. thats her in front of the silver car.

then we hit the a hill that turns...once again the magnet thing was kicking in and pulled her completely off the road. she ended up flipping her suv on it's side. was going to stop but i had a dump truck behind me and he wasn't gonna be able to stop. i did notice she seemed alright when i went by, but seemed to be in a stupor.....or liquored up...
pics don't show much but it happened so fast and like i said, couldn't stop- didn't want 20 tons of gravel truck coming down on me...thats her taillights in the dust. ya, one taillight is pointing up...over she went

Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

was helping wife clean out her departed dad's garage tonite.
couple of old things i found.
the tape measure looks '80's to early '90's

also found this can of castrol oil. seems to be from early '80's. not exactly what i would classify as old by any stretch, but i guess the early '80's was almost 40 yrs ago now...
just did an oil change on wifes gmc, containers sure are different. don't know if i would trust the 40 yr old oil inside it though...

I inherited my Grandpa's tape measure that looks a lot like that one.

He loved to go to Sears.

Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

My new friend from earlier this month showed up dead in the neighbors yard Monday morning. Poor little guy was torn to shreds. He couldn't have been more than a couple months old.
Him in better days.
