I bought a Stewart Stage 1 over 20 years ago and will buy nothing else for a Big Block. Before that my 1992 K2500 Burb would run so hot you would burn yourself trying to open the hood - freeing up the exhaust with an Edelbrock TES and high-flow converter and muffler helped but still ran too hot. Put on a Stage 1 water pump and 180* t-stadt, had to put a 195 t-stadt back in to get heat.
