Yes Exhaust is ALL together O2 sensors are in. I got a fuel pressure gauge today. All injectors were professionally cleaned and inspected prior to starting this engine. The only thing I can't do yet is pull the codes. I will have to get a OB2 reader.

Forget getting a code reader. Get a scan tool! You need to see what your sensors are doing as your engine is running. If you think you're running out of fuel delivery, check your fuel lines. If the engine has a returnless system, it could be that the filter/regulator is hooked up wrong.
