Lots if skepticism on this one. Sometimes you actually get a good deal. If seller had a good running motor and wanted a BB, I can see this motor actually being nothing more or less, a decent used engine. Risky buy but most of the accessories are decent and would easily add up to half the price and reusable. I'd go for it to.
As for hoist and stand, can't beat good old Harbor Freight for home level use. I've owned both for close to 20 years. Used less than 10 times but really glad I bought even though I likely stressed the bank account at the time.
