I've tried several different attempts on the 'keys' to keep mine from rattling but it always returns. Jeez it's annoying on bumpy roads. Curious to see if someone offers a solution.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

I pulled mine apart, slid the key and curved spring thing out, put a deeper bend in the spring and reinstalled, so far so good......

I did the same w/mine but the issue persisted. Perhaps I wasn't 'aggressive' enough w/the bend?
