Could the emissions be "capped off" until it was time for the test? Then once you get your sticker, you simply undo the emissions connections again. Would it be easy enough to do this on the L5P?

And if you did, would you need to make any extra arrangements to protect certain things, since all the soot will now just flow into the exhaust system?
