Re: Want to borrow toolbox door latch and lock pawl

Evan- I had posted a wtb for a lock pawl and clip several weeks ago and got a response but the guy I bought them from decided to keep them so I'm back to square one. If you successfully make a pawl Id be interested in buying one from you if you can make an extra. Thanks - Ryan

Re: Want to borrow toolbox door latch and lock pawl

Finally I've got a pic to post of the end result of copying the lock and latch assemblies. Took longer than I wanted but I ended up moving shortly after receiving the originals.

What I have made are close replicas that function as the original. Little differences but everything was handmade.

I thank everyone for there patience and also give a big thanks to Tdrcreyn4 for letting me borrow his originals to make this possible.

Originals on top, copies on bottom
