Re: Picked up a couple of Harleys
Too cool, should provide hours of quality tinkering time in the garage or shop before taking the maiden voyage run! Ah, the memories.
Many years ago in my early 20s I had a '52 Harley K Model. That was a LONG time ago, Extended front end, no front brake, King & Queen seat for the Mrs, peanut tank, Z-bars. No mufflers, just straight pipes off the jugs. Kick-start, again, oh the memories.

That’s what I’m hoping for. My Son will be taking the 1984 on Sunday. It’s a complete bike, just hadn’t run in Years. Pics to follow

Re: Picked up a couple of Harleys
My first Harley Davidson was a 1977 FXE. It was a fun bike. Good luck with your tinkering.

Re: Picked up a couple of Harleys
Nice FXRT, I love FXR's in general. Great handling bikes that are comfortable too.
