There were white plastic clips with small plugs that held the harness in place behind the grill. If you are cleaning up wiring, this would be a good opportunity to put in a couple of relays for your headlights.

One of the best upgrades to my C10. Got a bunch of nice relays from the local pick'n'pull for next to nothing.
