American autowire turn signal

I'm wiring up my turn signals and trying to attach this yankee knockoff that came in a box with the truck. Anyone wired one of these to the AAW harness? I t didnt come with any instructions but I found a diagram online that says...
red- brake switch - I have a brake switch on the firewall under the pedal. is this the hot wire?
yellow left front turn
green -right front turn
brown - right rear turn
orange-left rear turn
blue and black to flasher relay then to switch feed but I have both flasher and hazard relays on the fuse block
The horn wire -black on the column will go to the black on the AAW harness

I'm I getting this right?
Thanks in advance

Re: American autowire turn signal

Most every wiring kit in existence uses a standard GM wiring color code system. The same colors that have been used since GM started using color coded plastic wire. That is a good thing because it really cuts down on confusion when wiring lights or starting system or what not.

I save every aftermarket turn signal switch wiring diagram I find here in my Photobucket albums

This might be it but can you post the photo of that page without the wiring on top of it so we can read it.

Re: American autowire turn signal

I think the video shows how its done starting at 1:09 to 1:53. My fuse block has a flasher built in so it only allows 1 connection at the plug https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_YUxSkRXkU
