Why limit yourself only to 2 or 3 carbs when 6 or 8 are possible.
I’ve run dual quads and a fake tri-power(made from a stock 2bbl intake with 2 dead carbs outboard. Used a flat plate to mount the outboard ones along with useless but shiny linkage. You had to look real close to see what it really was. Fooled a lot of people.
