Not sure on the 'rare' part so that might be debatable pending definition.
That being said, I would think any standard early Squarebody 6-lug Blazer Rally wheel cap could be made to look the same w/a black vs. silver 'base'. I know I did some that way back in the day (late 80's era using mid-70's caps).

These were regular 6 lug 4x4 rally wheel caps with a black base instead of silver and a GMC emblem instead of 4x4. I have some NOS ones
