These are a painted set. They do have some shelve wear. They have never been installed on a truck. The bolts are still in the brown bag package and so are the install instructions. One of the picture in the first post is just something I found online for a knock off set for comparison. I have had these in my parts collection for over twenty years and bought them from a friend of the family in his collection of stuff. He had stashed for years. He probably bought them in the 80’s. I said “nos” on this forum one time about another set of bumper guards I had and basically was called a lair by another member so I am not going to say “nos” but I can guarantee they are from the 80’s
