Boyds tank with areomotive340 no return on my 5.3

I have a new boyds tank with areomotive 340 fuel pump but my 05 5.3 has no return on the fuel rail . Where can I add a return port or what's my best option for this problem?

You need an aftermarket regulator or C5 FFR to return back to the tank. I'd weld a NPT bung into the tank with a fitting for a -6 SS return line.
I'd put it near the tank. So single line to the front.

05 had a return on the fuel rail. Or has your fuel rail been changed to a returnless style?

My 5.3 is 2008 Gen IV so it's a returnless system. As suggested above I used a Corvette filter regulator #LS9904. You mount it near the tank and it has an in port, an out port and a return port for your return line back to the tank. The Corvette filter regulator is used by many. It was recommended to me to use an oem one as many aftermarket can be unreliable.

I mounted an aftermarket regulator right in the back near the tank, and then returned it to the tank. The return line is like 12" long from the regulator. It then has a single line going from the regulator to the fuel rail.

Although a Corvette regulator works nice, finding a quality version these days seems to be a bit of a crap shoot. I would either buy a Wix or a genuine GM version off a reputable place. Too many fakes that don't work correctly or fall apart in a few weeks. I just went with a separate regulator/filter set-up.

I've run the C5 FFR on a number LS swaps with zero issues. Either Wix or AC Delco. The one on my 98 Wrangler with an LS6 swap has been flawless for 15 plus years.
Once installed I always check at the fuel rail with fuel pressure gauge to double check the pressure at the fuel rail.
Just a question in regards to the 340 pump. Will it over power a C5 FFR? On my LS swaps with in tank pumps I used a 255 pump. Current hot rod is a 80 Camaro with a LS3 swap. 255 fuel pump. Small cam and headers. About 400 rwhp. Per my tuner plenty of fuel pressure even under full throttle.
