Re: 1993 Topkick: convert tbi/governor?

I put the governor back in and it was doing fine, but while driving today I felt something in the pedal and it went to full throttle and when I took it apart the throttle is spring loaded to the full open position! WTF that seems like a serious safety issue to me. Any kind of a failure and this is what you get Wide Open Throttle? They stopped building trucks when the key went from the dash to the steering column!
