We have two different styles of the RPO U01 roof marker lamp lenses in NOS GM/Delco Guide 5 pc. sets listed/available in the below linked "Several GM NOS 67-72 Truck Parts F/S" thread, the earlier style flat top/hockey puck style lenses are item #26 on the second part of the added/updated NOS parts list.
