Thanks again everyone.

Did the Google search across the site but came up with nothing. The 'How Too" was actually in somebody's build thread.

I have chopped down the seat rails over the weekend and will report back once they are fitted and in the truck. Quite easy to take 1" out of the mounts and get about 1" worth of additional rearward travel as well.

What that equates too in terms of overall ergonomics and getting my eye line out of the tinted band at the top of the screen, well... will let you know!
