Somewhere there's a GM chart that lists the paint colors atop the dash. I suspect it's the darker blue on this truck as Eric's photos show and would be what the other blue interior cabs used. On my K20 the dash top was first sprayed cab color (red orange) then black was sprayed to match the dash color (photo of the OE paint HERE).
This survivor blue K5 looks to have the darker shade of blue, which would better match the dash pad color, but there isn't a straight forward clip of that location.
