4l80e trouble

I was driving down the road in my k3500 and it had shifted into limp mode and it had been stuck there ever since I took it to the shop where they scanned it and they said my circuit a and b solenoids were out so I replaced those new fluid filter and everything the fluid looked good when I pulled it out and its still stuck in limp mode I need some help for the lowest cost possible any imput is helpful thank you

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to do a reset?

Is ATF coming out through the internal solenoid harness to cab harness connector?
