TH 700R4 ID Decoding

Hello from Germany,
I would like to convert my 66 C10 from a 3-speed manual transmission to an automatic transmission. I was offered a TH700 R4. But I would like to know which vehicle it comes from. There are lots of numbers on the large barcode sticker. In capital it says 3 AFM.
I think because there are three letters, the number 3 means it was built in 1993. The M should stand for the TH700r4. But I can't find anything about the identifier AF. Can you help me with that?

Greetings

Nils
