Don't suppose anyone has tried this on a Suburban? Looks like the cut out for the license plate would be a good place for a trailer hitch receiver. Are the truck bed corners much different than the Suburbans?

The crappy 62 "bar stock" that came with stock bumper. So I basically had flat bar and welded 90* and drilled holes. A 45* can be added, like stock. I used 1/4" shimming out and tailgate clearance. Used some aluminum "pan" stock to make plate holder

If you look at the stock bumper shadows you can see the "kit" installed. I just used what was there and rearrange the parts and welded
