Looks kinda normal to me. Is the new pressure plate a 3 finger like this one or a diaphragm plate? The diaphragm will be easier on the linkage and your knee with the same amount of clamping force and will be a smoother engagement. The only thing that bothers me a little is at the beginning of the video there was the side to side movement of the bearing on the nose cone. You can take a better look when it comes apart to determine whether or not the bearing retainer needs to be replaced also
