Even with my T Mobile WI fi rather than Century link it sometimes is too slow to upload more than one at a time and my other computer was too slow. It's a bit tedious but works. It's just internet and computer speed.

I didn't take before pic, this is after the jacking. Still need to do more but most is out. Now comes the hard part, making it perfect.

It looks like you have it good enough for a 'patina' finish already!

I'd offer up a piece of glass on both sides of the window opening to ensure the pinch weld is all in a flat plane and the opening has not changed shape.

I'm going to fix it. Got most of it pushed out already. I used a Handyman jack on a 2x6 across the floor, 2x4 up from the jack and plywood on top. It's looking pretty good already. Very little rot just surface rust. It was stored indoors with no headliner for the last 30+ years. It looked worse than it was.

Anything stored indoors for the last xamount of years is usually worth the time
repairing verses a modern replacement skin!

Looking at that roof I'd say you need a couple of hours with my Eastwood Contour and a good abrasive wheel.

looks like you are getting there on that nice dent/cave in. hammer/dolly/plannishing hammer/shrinking disc/high build primer are gonna be your friends for awhile. lol

when I get close to what I think is good I use a big fat el cheapo deluxe felt marker and rub it all over the area. then I use some sandpaper on a piece of plywood and rub that back and forth over the area. it works well to show the low spots and is a cheap way to get the job done, makes no mess and, best of all, its cheap.
I'm retired, fixed income, and my wife LOVES shoes and purses, which are more important than shop supplies. lol.

gonna build myself one of these plannishing hammers for work on my own roof. I have one that is on a stand but waaay to heavy to remove from the stand to use on a roof.

if you have a hammer on a stand maybe you already know this, but with a planishing hammer you are going to need some upwards force under the hammer & into the roof, exactly the same as with a dolly. If you just let the weight sit on top of the roof and run it back and forth you will have trouble controlling where it is moving metal too.
So when you build the hammer think about some way you can have a lift assist, a hook, rope, pulley and counterweight or foot stirrup might be simple ways.

Thinking of ratchet strap or basic pull style tie down from overhead hook in shop. Maybe park under my steel shop airlines and hang the tool from them
