Correction to the Brake Line Tee post

It isn't for his '67. It is for his '71 C-20 with the Eaton rear end. Got my wires crossed. Any tips appreciated.

Smitty, if you dropped us a message on this, it never made it thru on our end. We may be able to help on the top post mentioned '71 C-20 with the Eaton rear end part request, to check for the correct part we would need confirmation on eaton rear leaf or coil spring application due to the brake lines being different between the two. Let us know, Mel

Mel,
Appreciate your response. Sent you a PM this morning. Must have gotten lost.
In any case it is a 71 C-20 with coils, and the Eaton rear end. Let me know what you have. Cost and address, will send money order as in the past. Don't use Pay to Much.

Smitty, here is the odd ball OE rear brake line connector tee that we can get headed your way, the pictured brake line tee was removed from a 1971 Chevy C20 with the Eaton HO52/Corporate 10 bolt coil spring rear axle. Just my opinion, but what makes this 71 & prior C/20 Eaton/HO52 coil spring rear axle specific brake hose tee the odd ball is due to how GM designed and ran the RH/pass side hard line directly up thru the center of the axle track bar mount. I went out to the storage yard and took a look at several other 2wd C20/2500 Dana, Eaton, Coil and Leaf equipped models and this connector tee is specific to the pre 1972 coil Eaton/HO52 rear axle. The mentioning of pre 72 is due to having three 72 C20's onsite with the Eaton/HO52 coil/trailing arm rear axle and the brake hard line design was changed for 72 by moving the rear brake hose and tee mounting location next to the track bar mount on the axle tube now allowing for use of a more standard looking run of the mill straight thru single bolt mounted tee built right onto the rear brake hose like the Dana axles used. I will forward the parts total and info for mailing of payment now, please reply to that message with your full shipping address and we'll get the part ready for shipment. Thanks, Mel
