Missouri folks
The missus and I are looking at home in Laurie, MO. Anyone in the area or close by? Just curious how you like that particular area. Anyone in MO is welcome to chime in too. Thank you

I can't help with your question but I had to look it up to see where in the state it was. I got a chuckle out of this info, and the TripAdvisor ad that was beside it. Nice to know it is a "Human Settlement"....

Re: Missouri folks
Must've used some of that pretend intelligence software to generate that blurb.

Re: Missouri folks
If you are trying to get away from people, I would visit before I bought. The tourist traffic around there is heavy in the summer. South of Camdenton would be a better choice.
South of Lebanon-I44 is even better if you want to get away from people and the terrain there is beautiful and you have lots of streams. Hwy 5 continues south, into Arkansas just east of us.

Re: Missouri folks
Look at the Springfield/Branson area. Close to lakes and streams and good roads in all directions.
