Hi guys,

just got off the phone with some guys about some wheels for the '85. He told me that at stock ride height, neither 17x8 nor 20x8 wheels will not work b/c the ones they sell are a 5" backspace. He said that only works on a lowered truck. He said stock, you must get 4" BS wheels. Is this correct and if so, explain to me why...

Can you run a spacer to make the wheels fit right? thanks

jason

I dont know why it wouldn't work. They would look a little wierd, because the would be poking in toward the framerails a little more than stock....

Measure your stock backspace, then compare.
