Alaska Junkyard Score

For the Alaska members

This could be a mistake, But we got us a lil junkyard here in Valdez that has at least 6 67-72 pickups not in good shape but lots of misc parts.

I just picked up for my 292

Power steering pump
Alternator
Waterpump
Thermostat housing
PS & Alt Brackets

All for $50

Now I can install the HEI I got from Jose

Also anyone looking for Copper River Red Salmon ?
Local fish plant selling fresh flash frozen filets for $ 5.00 a pound

According to the ol "Milepost" I'm roughly 364 miles from Valdez. Heard it's beautiful down there. These guys are always planning board member float trips and meetings, maybe someday we can have an Alaska gathering. Maybe meet for some fishing, drinking, and firing of high powered rifles. LOL.. Thanks for the tip of the salvage yard. I'd offer the same but the yards up here in Fairbanks are ridiculous expensive and really don't have any of our trucks.

My hauler is mobile, but still has a large number of details to finish. As soon as we're done hauling horses this weekend, I'll try to update the site.
