Dumb question

Ok here is one for you guys what is the difference in 67/68 front fenders and 72 fenders ? I think that there is some but Im not sure I have 68 but I need a 72 driver side

The 69-72 fenders are built to accept the grille on the very front of them.

The 68 fenders actually are the edge of the grille. They are smoother in the front area without any creases.

Are you needing a fender for Chev or GMC ? They are different in the 72 models . Don't know if the 68 fender you have is a GMC or Chev fender ? The 68/72 GMC fenders and the 68 Chev fender will work on the 72 GMC .

the one i have is a 68 gmc and the one i need is a 72 gmc.this is the one i have .so will this work? both are gmc

Your 68 GMC fender will work on your 72 GMC .

67 and 68 chevy fenders are the same as GMC.
In 69, Chevy chainged the fender...the leading edge...while GMC continued with the 68 style fender.
