Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53 Part II
Havent updated this in a while, Ive made some progress. Got some 54' ford headlight rings and now thinking of using a 51' ford rear bumper as a front bumper. Does need some cutting to fit right. Also thinking of doing a 54 dodge grill shape/ opening and a floating grill of some sort (need help figuring that out)
Anyways heres a teaser of the frontend Let me know what you all think? Justin

Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53 Part II
Shortened a 51' ford dash by 5 1/2", its not done yet still have to sheet metal the area under the lip. Cut the old dsah out and pushed it outside to get a couple pictures.

Re: [PROJECT] Laidout53 Part II
Worked on getting the dash in the truck this weekend, stripped the old paint off the dash and got it fitted. then I tack into place and started to fill in the gaps.
Also found the transmission ill be running, picking that up on tuesday. Its a NV3500 from a 4.3 V6 s10 with a Hydraulic clutch. Anyways heres the pictures of the dash. Also got the center filled with sheet metal. Dash is going to stay smooth the ignition switch and light switch will be mount off to the side under the dash. Installed for the final time. Filling the gap. Justin
