Re: John's Project

Yeah but no progress on the truck! I guess the only progress I have is making my build thread last longer. I am making up for your fast progress, with my slow progress!

Re: John's Project

Uhmmm let me see if I can find them

Started pulling stuff off the motor this weekend. Ran into a roadblock with not having a drain pan for the coolant. Got one this morning from the store so now I can finish pulling the water pump and such.

Did go and listen to my engine yesterday. Oh man it sounded awesome!

Re: John's Project

Thanks Bumslie.

John- I was hesitant about starting a build thread for this very reason. I knew I wasn't fast at progress on it. However, I cave under peer pressure so I started one. So here we are no pics, and little progress. I can see progress on the horizon though. Hearing that engine gave me the motivation I needed to get moving. Just can't promise pics.

John, do you still have that solid back glass? and if so, you think it'll make the trip to South Carolina...

Re: John's Project

My truck has the solid back glass in it, but I don't think I'm going to change it to a slider. So won't be parting with it. Sorry.
