Did a little work this past weekend...
Front swaybar... Had to modify the core support to fit the radiator but it fits great now....

The short ones supplied with the kit. The swaybar is from CPP.

Nice work.... and parts too! I'm particularly fond of the No Limit R&P upgrade...something I'm looking at myself.

Re: Roushinator's 72 C10 Stepside Restore/Build
Nothing real exciting.... But i ordered all my fuel line and fittings. Black nylon braided hose with Black AN fittings. I still have to order a few more pieces. Also i made my top radiator hose and bottom. Not real happy with the bottom so i might redo it.
Bottom.. Top...

Re: Roushinator's 72 C10 Stepside Restore/Build
A lot of learning has been going on but not a whole lot of progress... Where do i begin.
I am still working on exhaust. I think i figured out how to support it while i fabricate it. Will show that later. Still need to run Fuel lines. Learned how to make the AN fittings to the hoses. Now to the fun stuff.. I found the correct adapter plate and installed my TB and fuel line between the fuel rails. I used that to learn how to make the AN fitting connections. Oh and after much trial and error i found the correct length belt. Well i did not realize that the injectors from the Camaro are compact versions and would not fit in my intake. They are the EV14 compact but i need the LS1 size injectors. So i started looking for adapters. I found these and bought them. But they were still a little too short and i was worried about leakage from the way it was designed. So i called the guy at Fuel Injection Connection and he told me to buy his adapters and the ones i had were crap. LOL So i did. Their adapters are WAY better and are the correct length. And as you can see these have a lock to keep them in place. So i still have to install them but decided to wait until i got the intake bolted down. Ii had to measure to find the correct ARP bolts and had to get some Felpro gaskets since the stock intake came with individual oring gaskets. So i when i bolted it down i noticed that it was hitting on someting and would not bolt down all the way. Below is each side of the intake. Upon further investigation the intake cross supports were hitting on the edges of the valley cover plate. So i started looking into options... I think i found a solution. I found that the LSA supercharged engines use a metal/oring gasket that is thicker. I ordered a set and they line up and everything appears to work good. Everything lines up. Ran out of time to finish bolting it up but will do that this week. I did install some locking header bolts and got one of the PS hoses made.

Re: Roushinator's 72 C10 Stepside Restore/Build
So here is how i made sure the gaskets stayed in place for the install...
All bolted down. The gaskets worked perfect! Injectors, Fuel Rails and TB Installed! All i need to do now is.... Two PS lines, Transmission lines, Fuel Lines and get y new wiring harness and this can be started!

Re: Roushinator's 72 C10 Stepside Restore/Build
Changed up the fuel line up front. Went under instead of over. I think it looks better...
Started running the fuel lines. This may change a little. More work this week....

The front fuel line does look better routed under the throttlebody. Nice work!

So here is where i am going to mount my coil packs...
Also i was not sure what this was at first but found it it is a steam port. Well it was on the wrong side for my new radiator so i relocated it...

Nice! How are you running the plug wires, above or below the headers? Those steam port pieces look nice too!
