Re: Bad Idea
Ha....well the ain't headers for a C10 with a small block I'll tell ya! I got Hedmans for a C10 and them things weren't gonna fit no way shape or form. Sooooo....I took them back and went back to what I know worked for me in the past just a different brand. These new ones are Hedmans also but they are shorties for a '69 Chevelle with a small block. Got em coated locally.

Re: Bad Idea
Was afraid to put the wheels on but the help I had to put the bed back on made me put them on. I was convinced they wouldn't even come close to fitting. I was way wrong. Travis at Pro Performance is very good at what he does and had this wheel setup exactly perfect. Pretty good for just me telling him over the phone.

Killer stance!!!! I really like your choice of wheels, it looks awesome, plus you can't go wrong with black as a choice on these trucks

Re: Bad Idea
Following along and drooling. Great work! Noticed the bed strips don't have bolt heads? Very clean.

Re: Bad Idea
Bed wood, "hidden fastener" bed strips, bed crossmembers, bed header panel, and all of the bed hardware came from MAR-K.

Re: Bad Idea
Went and had exhaust put on. Drove it home. Wasn't exactly ready for the 15 minute trip but it made it. After exhaust was done I finally had it quiet enough to leave it running long enough for the elevel to program itself. Instructions said it would take 15 minutes but I think it was lot less than that. Works great so far.

Re: Bad Idea
Went for alignment today! Drove it about 5 miles to the shop in some cold ass morning weather. After about 3 hours on the alignment machine I drove that damn thing home most of the way with no hands. The air ride rides really nice and handles better than I expected.

Re: Bad Idea
Everything...valve block, elevel brain, and relays all of it is on the rearmost factory crossmember. Kinda tight but I can get to it easy for repairs if need be.
