Just wrapped her up a couple weeks ago. I'm not a fan of the wheels and I've already put the rallies back on. Ordering a 20/22 combo soon.

Re: Lets see your truck!

First post.

2 days in my hands, found it locally in VA. 71 longbed. Lot of the bodywork has been started with new tailgate, bedsides, outer rockers, cab corners, hood and inner/outer fenders. Previous owner did the paint job trying to preserve the patina/aged look and I'm not totally hating it right now, so will leave it for the time being. Strong 307 with 4bbl, 3sp column and dual exhaust, runs very strong and like a champ! Going to finish off the body work with inner rockers and rust in the bed then it'll be my goto truck for doing some home remodeling while I collect parts to start rebuilding from the inside out.

Always wanted an old chevy truck since before I could drive and now at 40, my wife would probably agree that this is probably one of the better mid-life crisis vehicles I could put money in to, though I'm sure she would have preferred something with AC and power steering.

Welcome aboard....nice truck. You can add AC and Power Steering easily. Just search and or ask how to and you shall receive.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
