Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
That truck is an awesome piece of work for sure. And the story about selling it at Barrett Jackson is a shame. I work with a guy that lost 30k in a joint effort on a 70's Cuda there. Congrats on the recognition of the truck, I guess that is what no one could ever take away, the quality of your work and being recognized by your peers for it. Good job.

I agree the board is like one big truck show. You obviously make way more progress on your trucks then me. Thanks for sharing all the great pix, the bikes look good too.

WOW is all i can say... I just read through both your builds (this and the 67) and you do incredible work. Sweet to see your old 67 made it into another mag but too bad on the sale. anyway like to see this one through and the tahoe when you start it. your work and ideas are great and inspiring, keep it up!

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Thanks guys I am really glad you like my trucks. I am trying to build trucks that represent my style. I really enjoy this board. To be honest it is the first board I have ever been a part of were everyone is cool. I have yet to see anyone on here try to one up someone else which I think is a testament to everyone on the boards. Anyway I will keep building and I will keep you guys loaded with pics. Please keep the advice coming on the truck it really helps. Thanks eric

Nothing wrong with being different and following your own path! Money is money, but the pride you have in seeing something in your head come to life is what it's all about!

I think it's time to let this wound heal, and move on.
Everyone should be excited about DiBella and the next Steiny creation! |

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Devin is right i am over it. Not to mention 66 dibella will be 10 times the truck that second chance was and I would say that weather I sold the truck or not. I really think that the 66 will be a nicer truck and more user friendly. I loved my 67 but I can tell you it was not a great riding truck because the c notch and rear suspension were on the truck when I bought it. It rode like a pogo stick not to mention a blower motor kind of sucks on the street. Looks cool as hell but thats about it. Any way glad you guys like both creation and I am super proud of my father, uncle, waynee clevland and I for building the truck in my dads garage. I think it proves you dont have to pay 150+ to build a car or truck to have a top ride in the us. Shows will always be political but magazines seem to be very fare.
