Yeah, I will probably just go back with those when I wear this set out.
Hey Mike , you wanna sell them back to me before you burn them up ?

On a side note , when I heard of them (Mickey Thompson) discontinuing that size, i called them up for another set knowing quite well that they still have the mold . Sure thing, said the rep, but there is a 100 tire minimum run !!!!!!

That suxs about the 16s. That's what I have on my truck to and don't want to go with a shorter tire and can't go with a wider tire.... . Hopefully there will be more options by the time I need a new set.

True , I had forgotten that you are running the same rear tire . Ditto on the options by the time we need them . That or just round up another 47 people ( plus you, myself & smoknbarrels) and have M/T do a run of them !

Re: Bowtie468's Extreme '68 BuildPage

Ya I think so, I was originally thinking of a custom dash. Now I can't decide what colour scheme which changes the gauge background colour I would need.

If I could only make a decision.......lol

Yeah I hear ya . I went back and forth over the blue or red option myself . It would be nice if they offered a teal colored option . I haven't forgotten about those pics for you either, just been swamped with work this weekend .

Re: Bowtie468's Extreme '68 BuildPage

A few more items to scratch off the list. Got the upper radiator mount fabbed up and installed. Also, the radiator catch can is installed and plumbed. Finally, the front grille got covered in basecoat then cleared.

Re: Bowtie468's Extreme '68 BuildPage

A bit more progress to speak of. Being im running a Vintage Air control panel, I went ahead and machined aluminum knobs for the light and wiper switches. While still different styles, they blend well. Also got the steering system all hooked up and functional.
