Any major paint company should be able to make that color. PPG is what's on my truck though.

Here's the current project I've been working on for the past few days. I picked up a bench seat for next to nothing on the local Craigslist.(no it's not staying red) As soon as I got it home I started on getting it lowered down to where I wanted it. So I sectioned 2" out of the front ,and 2 1/4" out of the back of the seat brackets. It still has to be bodyworked and painted before it goes off to the upholstery shop , but here's where it's at so far. The material that I'm going to have the seat covered in is kind of edgey. I think people will look at it and either love it or hate it.

I finally got around to ordering new vent windows and side windows as well. Hoping to have them in a day or so. I'll post pics as soon as I get them installed.

I've also been inquiring into getting the rearend narrowed, guess I didn't realize how much that actually cost to have done. Maybe that will be the next big project I get around to. I've called a few different wheel companies to get prices on 20x12 BILLET rims as well ,maybe in Feb. or Mar. I can have the rearend done ,and get some new wheels. Enjoy the pics I'll post more when I get more done.

Took the road trip to Carrolton. I guess it was worth the drive though it only cost me 30$ for the seat. Getting it recovered is where it's going to cost me

Good looking ride, I don't know why you would change the rim's, it looks good as is......nice job!

IIRC the bench seats out of an 88 -98 have that bracket. he modified the bracket .

my67chevytruck is correct, the seat came out of an 88-98 chevy truck.

I forgot to mention that all my new glass and wing windows showed up today. Along with some new seatbelts ,and a few other small things.

I have the same style seat, except mine has the fold down arm rest. A nice seat, fits good in the cab too. Plus mine was free also, thanks to my brother-in-law. Looking forward to seeing the new cover. Can only make the truck get better looking.
