Re: CUSTOM CAMPERS lets see them!
Here are some pix of mine- just spotted this thread.
I will eventually repaint the lower section white, like the SPID says; I like that better. When my FIL had it painted back in the'80s, he had it all painted orange but the roof. That camper shell was on it when he bought it in '73. Doesn't say it on the SPID, but it has the 16.5" wheels. I wonder how much pain I'm going to have when I go for new tires (which it does need, these have been on there for probably 15 years). It has those rare chrome plated hub caps, but I think not all of them are original. I also removed that yougly bug reflector since these pix were taken. Oh yeah- CE21034 is a Longhorn.

Re: CUSTOM CAMPERS lets see them!
That's the tire I ended up with. They seem a little squirrelly, I get a little over-steer, now. Probably just a too much mold release. I'll give it some time. I may put a rear sway bar on it.

And people think I'm crazy when I say I like the 67-68 noses better than mine.

Re: CUSTOM CAMPERS lets see them!
That is sweet. Did you get a pic of the spid? I'm curious if that's the same paint as my GMC.

Re: CUSTOM CAMPERS lets see them!
Yeah, those are really rare. In the early-80s I had a loaded '69 K/10 CST Custom Camper. I wish I still had it, but I sold it to get a K/20 because I'm an 8-lug kinda guy. I'm not sure I've ever seen another K/10 Custom Camper
