Thanks, she is a work in progress. I am thinking about doing Nate's coil-over dropmember in the future. Post up some pictures of yours when you have time.

So, it's been a while since I've updated my build, I have gotten a few things done. I added a longer air intake system which has helped with the idle, added CST mirrors with white arms and chrome mirror heads, painted the rear bump flat white, and added new reverse lights and brake light lenses. Mostly I have been driving the crap out of it, here is a pic from a meet up with a couple of board members at Cruisin' the Coast in Biloxi.

Thanks! I'm not sure if I put it out, but I ordered wheels on Monday and they should be here sometime next week...

I hope everyone is having a Happy Thanksgiving, we are enjoying the day so far. My wife is preparing our offering to the family dinner, which is at my sister-in-laws place this year... YEA! The kids are goofing around, as kids will do. And I am chilling in the garage changing a water pump, well I removed it anyway. Yep, after a great day of cruising around and taking some pictures by the water I woke up this morning to a huge puddle under the truck and water coming out the weep hole in the water pump. It is not too bad of a task on the 5.3L, actually kind of easy so far. I'll run out in the morning and pick up a pump and have it back together by lunch. The bright spot is that while I was at it I replaced some of the plastic wire ties I hastily installed so I could get to Cruising the Coast! So I guess we took a step back, but will net a step forward!

Thanks Shawn, I am stoked to have met up with some board members over at Cruisin' the Coast in Biloxi, MS. Keith (n2billet) and Steve (STP67-72) are a couple of the best guys you'd ever want to meet. Good times! The trucks sure do look great together, I think Hazel makes us all look good though!

Thanks bro, she is a coming along pretty well. I am slowly taking care of some of the things that I had to rig to get it on the road and over to Biloxi.

There is no replacement for displacement, but there is something to be said for the power and reliability these little 5.3s have. Enjoy your ride!

Thanks man, I had it over at the cruise at the BK on 9 mile back around March. I was hanging out with Rob H and a friend of ours Kevin from Tallahassee. It has come a long way since then! lol Looking forward to getting back over there.

Yup. Waiting on parts is the worst.

I'm anxious to see what wheels you got too. I'm in the middle of that decision myself. Was gonna do the Eagle 225's, but it turns out they don't actually exist in a 5" BS like I need. Bummer!

Ha ha, I got faith! Besides, the finish is easy enough to change if you want.

Somehow I missed the updates with the pictures above... Better keep a close eye on those boys, I don't doubt they've been making plans for your truck! Looks great, glad you're enjoying it!
